Infratalent Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”) provides recruitment and work placement services. We manage personal information in an open and transparent way and maintain a clearly expressed, up‑to‑date privacy policy.

Depending on the role and services, we may collect:

We may send you information about roles or events. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We only engage in direct marketing in accordance with APP 7.
Disclosure of your information
We may share your information with:

client employers (for role consideration);

referees, background or compliance check providers;

payroll, superannuation, accounting or legal service providers;

IT/cloud vendors supporting our systems;

regulators or law‑enforcement where required by law.
If we disclose information overseas (for example, where a client or cloud server is outside Australia), we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles your information in accordance with the APPs.
Data quality, security, and retention
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, staff training, vendor due diligence). We retain information only as long as necessary for our functions or legal requirements, then destroy or de‑identify it.
Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB)
If a data breach is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in line with the NDB scheme and take steps to mitigate harm.
Your rights: access & correction
You may request access to your personal information and ask us to correct inaccuracies. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where reasonable and practicable, give access in the form requested.
